WEST AFRICAN PEANUT STEW

This comforting and satisfying stew will meet your needs for a busy schedule. The sweetness of the yams with the peanut butter will nourish your body and make your tastebuds ask for more. Can be served with basmati rice or on it's own with toasted rustic bread.

Ingredients:
Yam*, onion*,Canned diced tomato* (diced tomato*, tomato juice*, calcium chloride, citric acid), unsalted peanut butter*, dino kale*, tomato paste* (tomato pulp*, citric acid), garlic*, ginger*, Caribbean spices*, Himalayan pink salt, habanero pepper. (*Organic)
Allergens: peanut (May have been in contact with gluten).

Instructions:
Thaw the bag of stew in the fridge overnight. Cut the bag open and pour into a sauce pan on the stove top at medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until the temperature of the stew reaches 79°C or 174°F. Time may vary depending on stove top.
